• You received the wrong item
• Your item never arrived (verified via tracking)

How to Start a Return or Refund

Email EverythingEpicurean@yahoo.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if applicable) a photo of the damage. We'll respond within 48 hours.

What We Offer

• Damaged/defective items: free replacement or full refund — no need to ship the item back
• Wrong item: we'll send the correct item at no cost, or issue a full refund
• Change of mind: refunded minus shipping costs; item must be unused and returned within 30 days

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancelled Orders
